Looking back at 2023, at the ITMA 2023 Textile Machinery Exhibition in Milan, Italy, ChiuVention’s new samrt textile testing machinery and the SmarTexLab smart textile lab system drew much attention. They caught the eye of top brands like Adidas and Decathlon, as well as research institutes, universities, and standard organizations.
We captured orders from top global brands like Adidas, Canada Goose, and Decathlon, as well as prominent organizations such as Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Kaken Test Center in Japan. Since its launch, ChiuVention has earned international acclaim.

SmartShrink Smart Shrinkage Rate Tester
Utilizing visual detection technology combined with AI algorithms, this SmartShrink Shrinkage Rate Tester can measure fabric shrinkage and distortion rates within 5 seconds and automatically generate testing reports.
The SmartShrink can accurately identify marker points even on printed fabrics and yarn-dyed fabrics. The software inserted in SmartShrink includes commonly used international and domestic testing standards, as well as the testing standards of enterprises like Adidas and Decathlon. This instrument is currently employed by companies such as Adidas, Decathlon, AEO (American Eagle Outfitters), Bureau Veritas (BV), Intertek (ITS), and Pacific Textiles.
Smartindale Martindale Abrasion & Pilling Tester
The Smartindale is calibration-free, with one-touch switching between pilling and abrasion tests. Ultra-fast testing with one-click to obtain air permeability values, and test results can directly be transmitted to the cloud.
Canada Goose Canada Goose’s Headquarter is using this AirFicient, and the world’s No.1 electric car brand in the USA uses the instrument for testing car interiors.
SmartDry Drying Rate Tester
Specially designed for quick-dry fabrics, the test completes in just a few minutes, with the entire process displayed on the screen. Test results can be transmitted to the cloud.
Lululemon’s Canadian headquarters uses this SmartDry , and it meets Adidas standards. Adidas-approved suppliers, such as PT Kahatex in Indonesia, are also widely using it.

In June 2023, ChiuVention became the shining star at the ITMA in Milan, Italy.
In November 2023, ChiuVention debuted at the ITMA Asia, where the SmartShrink shrinkage tester came out on top.
In October 2024, ChiuVention will team up with its global distributors to bring smart textile testing to a wider range of fashion and sports brands, third-party testing organisations and textile apparel companies.
