On September 18, 2024, the first stop was Germany. There, we trained the German agent and visited the customer. The next day, I met up with another colleague who arrived a few days before at 1pm. I’m still in touch with all of you on WeChat while I’m abroad, so I can get rid of the endless spam phone calls from home!
I arrived in Frankfurt on 19 September 2024. My partner, who arrived first, picked me up to experience the thrill of high speed with no speed limit.
19th September 2024, back after a year. adidas is happy with our smart shrinkage tester. The headquarters building still looks innovative. The shrinkage rate meter has finished its task. The co-operation project from last year has progressed. We may have to do it again this year.
On 22 September 2024, the Dutch agent said we could meet on the weekend. I said, “Good. Let’s meet Sunday and visit clients with you on Monday.” He replied, “Let’s keep Sunday for fun and Monday for business.” It was an invitation to a concert. I had to take a break and drove along the Rhine River to Amsterdam. In the past two days, we have run among the vineyards, tempted by the grapes. We finally had our first glass of Federweisser this year in the Rhine Valley wine region. Thanks to my colleague Xiaoran’s sister and her husband. They drove two hours to climb the mountain with us and treated me to good wine and meat. On the way (the last picture), someone was actually pulling an aeroplane on the highway.
23rd September 2024, following the CEO’s European tour, we ate pork knuckle in Germany, drank wine from the Rhine Valley, and listened to concerts in Holland. …… visited a customer with a Dutch agent and asked for an evaluation of ChiuVention’s intelligent test instruments. The customer said: good product quality, good packaging, good service, all aspects are well considered. This angel customer makes us more confident about ChiuVention’s development in the world. 24 September 2024，when French-English meets Chinese-English, the French customer said, ‘70% of our labs are ChiuVention instruments, and they are all working well, but today our communication is not so good.’ French-English and Chinese-English are really buff! However, this does not detract from the advantages of communicating new products, listening to customer feedback and solving problems in the field. Face-to-face communication is efficient and brings us closer to each other. Next stop, Portugal.
On 25th September 2024, the fifth station of the European tour – Portugal, the old agent customers who have cooperated for ten years, closely serving inditex i.e. ZARA, intelligent shrinkage meter, intelligent Martindale tester and so on series of intelligent instruments are introduced to the Spanish Portuguese market in large quantities. Next stop Milan, Italy.
